*BASIC BEGINNING Classes format will be: either 1 hr per week x 4 weeks, or 2 hrs per week x 2 weeks. 
Total instruction time is 4 hours.

BEGINNING INLINE SKATE LESSONS: (includes quad skate lessons)

Classes  are open to Newbies-Beginners-Intermediate skaters.  Individuals, Families,
Organizations and Groups. 
All ages welcome.  Discounts for families and groups. Please sign up early as classes are limited to 10 persons per instructor.

  • WHAT TO BRING: Skate's and Protective Gear.
Helmet, Knee pads, Wrist guards, Elbow pads, and Water.
RENTAL GEAR: Please note, if you need skate gear we have limited quantities & sizes of Rental Equipment available.  Call for more information.
Rental inline skates are $5 per class, pad sets are $3 per set (wrist, elbow & knee), Helmets are $2 per class. Compete rental  set: $10.00.

Private Lessons one-on-one available (limited geographically to Salt Lake area/Salt Lake County areas) - please call to arrange times and locations.

Group rates we will adjust your rate based on group size. Bring a friend or family member and save!

$95.00 per individual, private instruction one-on-one rate.

PAYMENT: All Basic Beginning classes are 4 sessions.  Classes are conducted in a progressive skills learning series.  Pre-Payment  is due in full prior to beginning of first day of class. All class fees are non-refundable. Missed sessions can be made up in subsequent classes with approval.

FITNESS - SPEEDSKATE CLASSES: resume spring of 2017

Advanced Skating for Speed Skaters, Cross-Training, Skiers, Fitness Skaters: this class is loaded with lots of Skating Technique, Skills & Drills, Endurance, Sprint, and All-round Training Tips, Race Prep, and Skater Specific Workouts to keep you rolling all summer. This class is designed to help fitness skaters, speedskaters, and skiers maintain good overall body conditioning, and is open to all athletes looking to refine their skating skills and technique or just get a great cross-training work out during off-season.  Your summer skating starts NOW!

Classes start June 2017 2-Part Series. Each class session is 1 hour with a total of 8 sessions, classes meet weekly. Classes are $140.00 for all 8 sessions (pre-paid), or you can Drop-in and Pay-as-you-go at $18.00 per session.
Class fees are non-refundable. *this class needs min. 4 participants to start-up.

skater analysis,  gear review, maintenance, stride types


CLASS 2: 
balance,  technical drills, turn cables


CLASS 3: 
mystery of the double push revealed


CLASS 4:
pace line skating & race tactics


PART II: (4 weeks)
CLASS 5: 
skater analysis, gear review, maintenance, stride types


CLASS 6:
cross-overs, carving, edging


CLASS 7:
endurance, efficiency, distance skating


CLASS 8:
race ready, starts, sprints, intervals


Bring water / sports drink to every class.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS: This class is advanced, and requires an understanding of Basic Skating Skills, and is designed for those who have conquered and can demonstrate Basic Beginning Skating techniques (including  striding, stopping, turning), and are ready to explore more advanced skating concepts.  

Helmets and protective gear are required to participate, if you need rental equipment please contact

*Fitness-Speedskate class is 4 sessions.  Payment in full is due on or before the beginning of 1st class, or at beginning of each class for drop-ins. Class fees are non-refundable.
